Hi friends! So I’ve landed safely in Jacksonville FL for work once again. This time, I will be here about 8 weeks, and for the first time I will be without both of my kids. Soooo I have decided it’s a great time to haul a LOT of Stampin’ Up! with me and get some fun stuff rollin’. A fellow demonstrator holds an annual event called 31 pages in 31 days, (shout out to Lyssa at Song of my Heart Stampers) and she does it every August. well now. Perfect pastime if you ask me, and a great way to keep busy, productive, and not missing my family. Here is my first page! I used the See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper, love that the colors are kind of mediterranean, I think I’ll use it for Europe photos. Here is my second page, for day 2 of the challenge:
Once again I used the See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper and don’t you just love the hand lettered prose dies? They are new to this catalog. I think these 2 pages look pretty good together, what do you think?
Since it is the 4th day of August, I will share the other 2 pages… (I have been a busy bee!)
This 2 pg spread highlights the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper. I don’t have the stamp set with me, so I fussy cut some of the flowers and popped them up. The background is soft suede and photo mats are the new Terracotta Tile In Color cardstock. Love it. And, to catch up, here is the 4th set of pages
I have been DYING to use the Pressed Petals DSP and the Pressed Petals Washi tape and finally had the chance. Oh my I love these products. I did bring the Here’s to Strong Women stamp set with me (149361) and couldn’t resist using it on these pages. Here is an up close shot of the Pressed Petals washi
Pretty hey?
I have been busy catching up, learning how to edit photos and use my new blog (LOL), and visiting friends. Lee and Daryl had me over on Friday night for wings (soo good, I can’t eat “normal” wings anymore), Lee even showed me some great skincare and treated me to a facial! My friend Catherine was in town from Merritt Island so we met at Aunt Kate’s for lunch yesterday. She took this fun picture of me in this really strange and cool rental car
So I have been settling in and scrapbooking up a storm too. I hope you’ll follow along with me on this fun challenge, I’ll be posting some more photos soon. If you would like to check out my online store to purchase some of these beautiful products you can check them out by clicking on the button in my signature. You’ll want to specifically check out those awesome new Designer Series Papers! Have an amazing day and happy stamping,
